Helm Hill Relays Sept 26th 2004. Notice how
Andrew & Lynn are running up a hill, something
I don't manage to do these days. These hills are
all the same to me. I try running up them without
success, I try to stop running so fast down them,
also without success. Maybe Andrew could coach me.
